Love for life and well being

Obey the following laws for well being, to get your immune system to function properly and work for you to help prevent against diseases and make life great.
Do you really pay enough attention to yourself for optimal health? Eternally young in mind is your choice!

1. A healthy diet should be a lifelong project.
2. Digestion starts in your mouth, chew your food well.
3. Avoid icy drinks and do not drink at meals.
4. Don’t eat heavy meals, just after getting up, or before going to bed.
5. Eat only when you are very hungry, and eat little.
6. Rest on the 7th day – do not be a slave of buying and selling and hard work.
7. Do not eat saturated fats.
8. Use only natural, fully worthy foods as God intended.
9. Avoid highly processed foods that affect the organs.
10. Avoid precooked and finished foods, which destroys enzymes and nutrients.
11.  Eat 50% raw, "living" food and extra fiber.
12. Steam your food and cook your vegetables slightly.
13. Avoid white flour, white sugar, white rice, white salt and pepper.
14. Clean your digestive system by fasting with pure, fresh juices.
15. Eat foods without toxic insecticides and chemicals.
16. Avoid foods with preservatives and additives.
17. Don’t let alcohol, cigarettes, coffee, cola, medication and stress gain power over you.
18. Take a quality multivitamin / mineral product every day.
19. Drink 6-8 glasses of pure mineral water or steam distilled water.
20. Make sure you get fresh air and sunshine every day.
21. Exercise every day, even if it is only walking and stretching exercises.
22. Keep yourself active, mentally and physically.
23. Always be positive.
24. Pray and be grateful for everything.
25. Be grateful for who you are and where you are.
26. Don’t expect the impossible, set realistic goals and achieve them.
27. Follow the commandments of God and Jesus Christ. Read daily in the Bible. Know that you are valuable  and loved.
28. Love your neighbor as yourself.
